Forward sales give investors the opportunity to secure highly sought-after, institutional-grade Build-to-Rent (BTR) blocks at today’s prices, well before completion. This strategy is particularly attractive in competitive markets, where high-quality assets are in limited supply. Savvy Capital works exclusively with qualified investors to participate in forward sale agreements on carefully selected developments, ensuring access to premium opportunities that might otherwise be unavailable.

With a forward sale, securing the investment is simple: a small initial exchange, often around 10% of the purchase price, locks in the asset, with the remaining balance due on completion. This provides certainty, transparency, and the ability to plan future returns without the need for large upfront capital.
